| $4.99 per lb. Packages average 2-3 LB each | 3 rib slabs. Less trimmed for more protection on the smoker or slow grill. We recommend browning the seasoned rib slabs on a smoker or grill about 1 hour (at a low temperature, no burns!), then wrapping them in heavy foil to finish. Inside you will find a wonderful smoky meat juice that can be poured back over or used to make a barbeque sauce. And the ribs will melt in your mouth! 1 slab per package.
