| Event Description: | See how 100% Grass Fed Beef is produced as a truly local product from pasture to plate all just south of the D/FW Metroplex. Join Jon and Wendy Taggart of Burgundy Pasture Beef for a tour of their ranch where Burgundy Pasture Beef is produced and see first-hand how sustainable ranching benefits you, the animals and the environment.
Then return to The Burgundy Boucherie for a Grass Fed Hamburger meal and a tour of the processing facility where the beef is aged, cut and packaged.
Who Should Attend? Anyone interested in how 100% Grass Fed Beef is produced. Chefs, Home Cooks, Families, Restaurant Owners, Foodies, Conservationists & Naturalists.

| Location: | Tour begins at The Burgundy Boucherie, 800 McDuff Ave, Grandview, Texas at 9:30 am.
There will be a short introduction, then depending on the size of the group we may carpool into a few vehicles to travel to the ranch 4 miles from the store, or you may drive your own vehicle. |
| Cost: | $20.00 per person, $35.00 for couples
Tour includes Hamburger Lunch Meal for paid registrants.
Children 17 & under welcome at no charge for tour.(Please let us know the total attending on the reservation form)

Please note: Small children will enjoy seeing the cattle grazing, but this is a large working ranch where all the animals run in large open pastures and are not available for petting. |
